Building a Twilio-Powered Contact Centre
Twilio provides the building blocks to build a contact center. Using Twilio Voice, WebRTC, Chat, Video, SMS and TaskRouter an omni-channel contact center can be built quickly.
In this session we will bring together these building blocks and share a reference architecture along with the necessary code for a functioning contact center. We will cover use cases such as customer callback, IVR, chat and newer ways of engaging with customers using intelligent voice assistant.
