Improving the Developer Onboarding Experience

Twilio customers range from the most experienced developers to non-developers that have never touched a line of code. To make our product accessible to developers and non-developers alike it’s important that we tailor the onboarding experience. In this session, you’ll hear how the Messaging Experience Team created a unique use case specific onboarding experience on Twilio’s messaging platform which increased the number of active customers and drastically decreased the amount of support tickets.
