She is a versatile leader skilled at driving commitment to a common vision and bringing the best out of people so they can accomplish great things. She thrives in achieving success in high pressure, fast paced environments through simplifying problems and building strong relationships based on trust. Kim has worked in Product Management, IT and Management Consulting since 2000. She has experience working with both public and private sectors in Utilities, Transportation, Parks, Environment, Economic and Social Sectors. She lives in Victoria with her husband and two kids, where she is always using her problem solving and planning skills to dream up and execute her next home improvement project.
