Raymond Dijkxhoorn is the CEO and a founding member of SURBL. SURBL specializes in reputation data provided in near real-time feeds. This data can be used to secure mail flow, mobile communications (SMS), web access (safe browsing, DNS Firewalls) and many other activities. Mr. Dijkxhoorn has more than 25 years of high-tech engineering experience, including as an ISP/ESP technology and implementation architect. Aside from SURBL, he is also a founding member and CTO of EHAWK and director and owner of Prolocation, a Dutch ISP.
