Heather Simon is a Vice President, Digital Customer Experience at Siemens Digital Industries Software where she leads digital marketing technology and experience with a focus on delivering customer value. As an agent of change, Heather has spent the last 15+ years of her career helping enterprise companies transform their business and improve their relationship with customers. Before joining Siemens in 2018, Heather worked for Amazon as a product manager for Kindle where she took part in their transformation to a digital company, and at Autodesk Heather led Service Design helping Autodesk through their subscription transformation with a shift to a direct/digital relationship with customers. While her experience spans across moments and tasks in the digital journey, her specialty is using the power of data and human centered design to understand and predict customer needs and design innovative solutions that exceed expectations. Heather is based in the San Francisco bay area and when she is not traveling, or fulfilling her foodie dreams, she can be found hiking through the Oakland Hills with her dog Honey.
