Chas Bowman is the Global Head of Technical Sales at Twilio, where he focuses on supporting customers and partners on the value of Twilio Flex, a digital engagement center for sales and services. With over 20 years of experience in the contact center industry, Chas is passionate about building and mentoring teams, working with customers and partners, and evangelizing the power of Flex. Prior to joining Twilio, Chas served as a Technical Sales Evangelist at Genesys and led the Global Solutions Engineering team for Kore.ai. Before moving into presales focused roles, Chas has worked with all areas of the contact center, ranging from starting his career as an contact center agent, building and designing contact center solutions as a Solution Integrator, and managing cloud operations teams. Outside of work, Chas enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.
