Hanhan is Senior Manager of Product Management at Twilio. She leads our Linked Profiles product, and has been a key innovator in Segment's composable and warehouse-centric initiatives. Hanhan brings 8 years of product management experience in 0-1 data products, which have been enjoyed by millions of customers worldwide. Prior to Twilio, Hanhan led the Alexa Smart Lighting product as well as Tone, a novel product that uses vocal biomarkers to determine how you sound to others. Hanhan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BSc in Computer Science from MIT.
