Emma joined Octopus Energy 7 years ago when the company was in its very early stages. She was one of the initial members of the Operations team - helping to define the unique operations model and supporting the Tech team with requirements as they built out the early Kraken platform. After 4 years, Emma moved into Product Management at Kraken Technologies helping to transform and scale the growing tech business to service multiple clients. Since January 2022, Emma has been Chief of Staff at Kraken focused on organizational and product management.
