Beginning her career in the FMCG world at L'Oréal and Philips, she gained valuable industry experience before venturing into the tech world at Amazon. Recognising her passion for building, Hema joined a B2B SaaS startup as their first Product Marketing Manager, where she played a pivotal role in building the team from scratch. Now at Twilio, Hema brings her wealth of knowledge and expertise to lead and strategize product marketing efforts across the EMEA region, aiming to create meaningful and impactful experiences for customers.
