Louis joined Twilio Segment in January 2021 and provides guidance on Segment technology and technical implementation. He specialises in helping companies understand how a CDP can help collect, unify and activate their data. Before this, he worked for IBM Watson and Qubit as a business consultant, supporting small and large organisations deploy AI solutions and succeed in their digital transformation efforts. Louis has a BSc. from McGill University and a MSc from Bocconi and CEMS.
