Alice is the Director of Monetization Partnerships for Asia Pacific at Meta. Her team supports Meta Business Partners across the region helping companies with their business messaging needs. She joined Meta in 2015 and has held various leadership roles in Partnerships as she is passionate about enabling partners to grow with Meta. She also leads Women@ APAC, Meta’s employee resource group promoting gender diversity and inclusion. Prior to Meta, Alice has a diverse set of career experiences around the world, including educating Asian smallholder rice farmers to increase crop yields, investing in African startups, running a custom-clothing business, and advising North American energy executives on strategic and operational initiatives. Alice has an MBA from Harvard Business School and received her bachelor degrees at The University of Texas at Austin.
