Bridging email and flex: A hands-on deep dive

In this interactive, one-hour lab, you’ll learn how to integrate email into Twilio Flex and capture conversation data to power Segment (Unified Profiles). We’ll provide a pre-configured environment so you can dive straight into building a working prototype.
Guided by Twilio experts, you’ll set up email workflows in Flex, explore integration points, and parse customer attributes into Segment. You'll walk away with hands-on experience and the confidence to unify cross-channel data—enabling deeper insights and better customer experiences.
Special requirements:
- A fully provisioned Twilio account, with Sendgrid and Business Tier Segment enabled per attendee. Each of these accounts would need to have outbound sms and email ready to go for some very low limit ( < 100 per day)
Attendee requirements:
- A laptop
- A cell phone
- Basic understanding of Twilio Flex and contact centers
- Basic understanding of Twilio Studio or other low- code workflow builders
- Basic understanding of javascript would be useful, or any other such scripting language.
- Bonus points (the attendee will be more succeasful) if they have knowledge of CDP's, CRM's and Data Warehouses
