Orisa Cherenfant is an experienced executive who is skilled at partnering with business leaders to grow companies, launch new digital products and business models, and instill finance discipline. She has over ten years in Finance and four years as a leader of Strategy and Operations. 
Orisa has extensive experience working with C-suite leaders and using data-driven solutions to consistently achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable results. She thrives in matrixed environments through her influencing skills and ability to lead diverse, global teams of various sizes.
Currently, Orisa is the VP of Strategy and Operations at Twilio, where her team supports company-wide strategic initiatives and operations. They focus on telecom compliance, self-service, and product-led growth (PLG) -- all areas which have a strong emphasis on AI/ML for automation, personalization and decision-making. Before Twilio, Orisa held several finance executive roles at GE, where she advanced through the company’s leadership programs.
Orisa graduated from Boston College with dual Bachelor's degrees in Finance and Marketing. As a first-generation college graduate, she is passionate about breaking barriers and empowering the next generation of leaders through mentorship.
Originally from the Cape Verde Islands and a long-time Boston resident, Orisa now lives in Los Angeles with her partner Eli and their four-year-old twins, Margaux and Maverick.
