Ethan Harsh is a Senior Software Development Engineer at Posh. Over the past two years, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth from Series Seed to Series A funding, expanding the user base from 300,000 to over 4 million. One of Ethan’s standout achievements is the development of an SMS system that efficiently handles over 1 million messages per day. The SMS system enables event organizers to connect with their communities and build meaningful relationships.
Before joining Posh, Ethan helped build a Quadratic Campaign Funding Tool that empowered crypto-based donations for political campaigns. He also contributed to environmental projects by leveraging ArcGIS data to minimize the impact of fertilizer use in large-scale agriculture. Now based in NYC, Ethan enjoys producing, DJing, and promoting house and techno music, as well as spending time hiking with his wife.
