Ankit Mathur is the Chief Technology Officer at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), where he leads technology initiatives that power the nation’s life-saving organ matching and transplantation system. With over 20 years of experience in software development, digital product delivery, and technology strategy, he is passionate about using technology to drive meaningful public health outcomes.

Before joining UNOS, Ankit served as the Chief Delivery Officer for the U.S. Digital Service at The White House, spearheading strategic technology and policy improvements across the federal government. In 2016, he co-founded Roundtrip Health, a digital healthcare transportation marketplace that helps health systems and health plans eliminate transportation as a barrier to care. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in building one of Virginia’s first health information exchanges, helping shape the future of digital health interoperability.

A recognized leader in health tech and innovation, Ankit was named Richmond’s Top 40 Under 40 by Style Weekly in 2020 and was honored as the Richmond Venture Forum’s “Founder of the Year” in 2019. His career is defined by a commitment to leveraging technology to improve lives, drive innovation, and solve complex challenges in healthcare.
