He oversees engineering, product, and contact center operations, fostering a collaborative and dynamic environment while driving innovation and maintaining a strong focus on system reliability. Under Kevin's leadership, the Drivelink team ensures that Safety Connect seamlessly connects drivers to first responders during emergencies, enhancing safety and customer experience.
Before joining Toyota Connected, Kevin built a successful career at State Farm, progressing from Software Engineer to Director, and gaining valuable experience in technical leadership and team management.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from Illinois State University, where he also played baseball for the Redbirds.
