As SVP of Product, Kathryn leads the product management teams responsible for Twilio’s communication platform. This includes key offerings such as messaging, email, cross-channels, voice, video, and Flex.

With a rich background spanning more than 25 years in SaaS product management, engineering, and executive leadership, Kathryn has extensive experience across a variety of industries, including retail, commerce, payments, customer data platforms, and analytics. Prior to joining Twilio, she held senior leadership positions at Salesforce and Pluralsight.

She is a dedicated supporter of the tech community having previously served as the chairman of the Utah Technology Council, currently as a board director for SuiteFiles and she is an investor, advisor, and board member for several high-growth startups in the SaaS and technology industries. As both an executive and mentor, she is deeply involved in shaping the future of technology, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. When not doing all this, you can find her on the slopes with her family in Salt Lake City, UT.
