Tobi Schoder is the Lead Product Manager at Zennify (formerly Terazo), where he specializes in creating AI-driven communication solutions. With over four years at Zennify, Tobi has been instrumental in developing innovative conversational assistants and agentic workflows that empower global brands to engage customers more effectively. 
His notable projects include the AI Voice Assistant for automatic appointment booking with Treatwell, setting new benchmarks for personalization at scale, as well as Twilio messaging (WhatsApp and RCS) integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Both solutions will be featured at this year's Twilio SIGNAL, where Tobi will present insights into building scalable, personalized communication experiences.
