Thy Duong has been a Solutions Architect at Twilio for over 3 years. She works with a variety of customers small to large and to help them solve business problems using Twilio’s Segment Platform. She provides trainings on how to use Segment Engage features for business team members to activate their customers data to provide personalization engagements with their customers. She currently lives in sunny Florida with her family, two puppies, two rabbits, and a turtle.
