Andy works at Sierra as the tech lead for Voice Infrastructure. Sierra is the AI platform that helps businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. He leads the team building high-scale infrastructure to handle calls reliably, securely, and with high performance. With over 15 years of industry experience across machine learning, enterprise systems, voice, and infrastructure, he brings a deep technical background to the forefront of AI voice agent development. Prior to Sierra, he spent seven years at Slack leading efforts across ML, enterprise, and messaging, and four years at Google working in data engineering and consulting.
