Caity O'Connor is an accomplished developer with extensive experience building dynamic communications and improving campaign processes. Sitting on the Digital Experience Enablement Team at Southwest Airlines, she leads the development, testing, and implementation of new messaging capabilities. Her work enables personalized promotional and operational emails, SMS, in-app intercepts, and push notifications to be delivered to customers at crucial touchpoints in their Southwest journey.
Caity has over 15 years of experience as both a project manager and digital developer, and she holds a Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida. Prior to Southwest, she developed innovative communications for brands such as 1-800 Contacts, Domino's, and Samsung.
