Juan is a Senior Technical Staff Member and executive architect at IBM with over 20 years leading enterprise transformation initiatives in the areas of digital marketing, digital analytics, content management, and search platforms. Juan started his career in the IT area designing and implementing integrated IT solutions for IBM Global Services and a leading Mexican university, ITESM, where he received a B.Sc. in Computer Systems Engineering. He has a portfolio of over 20 patents and has been awarded a level-4 plateau inventor at IBM.
