Reed McGinley-Stempel is the Co-Founder and CEO of Stytch, a developer-first identity platform for humans and AI agents that unifies authentication and fraud controls. Stytch is now part of Twilio, helping build the intelligent identity layer for the internet. Reed’s team ships end-to-end identity and fraud prevention flows, including OAuth, password breach detection, passwordless authentication (passkeys and magic links), and device intelligence that helps stop bots and abuse while improving user experience. Before Stytch, Reed held roles at Plaid (product) and Bain & Company. He holds a BA from Duke University.
