Faizan Zaidi is an Engineering Manager leading Rivian’s Communications Platform, where he helps build the systems behind how customers connect with the company across messaging, voice, AI, and support experiences. He works at the intersection of communications infrastructure, customer experience, and applied AI—turning complex platforms into practical tools that help teams move faster and serve customers better. From omnichannel messaging to conversational AI, Faizan spends most of his time making sure the right message reaches the right person at the right moment. Off the clock, he trades customer journeys for fairways, campsites, and hiking trails whenever he gets the chance.
