Keisha Browder is the Chief Executive Officer of United Way Bay Area, makinghistory as the organization’s first Black chief executive in its century-longexistence. A courageous nonprofit leader with over 25 years of experience,she has championed youth well-being, economic mobility, racial justice, andcommunity empowerment across the United States. She co-authored thebook chapter “Leveraging Data for Meaningful Improvements” in CommunityQuality of Life Indicators Best Cases VIII (Springer). Keisha hold a degree fromthe University of Washington and a Nonprofit Executive LeadershipCertification from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. Sheserves on the boards of Bay Federal Credit Union and the National Coalition of100 Black Women, Silicon Valley Chapter, and is a proud member of AlphaKappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
