John Silverberg is an Enterprise Architect at Twilio, where he advises on GTM technical strategy and the development of AI agentic solutions. His work centers on cloud infrastructure, API design, and scalable data orchestration. He previously served as a Solutions Engineer within Twilio, focusing on enterprise customer data strategy and architecture.
Before joining Twilio, John held technical advisory and consulting roles within the ad-tech and media sectors, with a background in solutions engineering and financial analysis. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, where he also earned both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science.
