Deepak Jayanna leads the Solutions Acceleration Architecture team at Twilio, where he partners with customers on high-impact pilots to accelerate time-to-value. Previously, he spent four and half years as a Solutions Architect within Twilio Professional Services, designing scalable enterprise applications built on Twilio.
Deepak’s AI expertise predates the GenAI era; he has long specialized in statistical modeling for contact center forecasting and predictive analytics. Today, he merges classical ML with modern GenAI to solve complex customer challenges. Deepak holds an MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and an MS in Computer Science from UT Arlington. Outside of workshops and "vibe coding," he enjoys cricket and traveling with his family
