Bob Summers is CEO and Founder of Goodcall, a voice agent platform born at Google's Area 120 incubator that has scaled to over 50,000 voice agents across enterprise and SMB customers. With 20+ years building intelligent systems and 9 years focused specifically on voice AI, Bob has led products across Google's Assistant and Speech teams, co-founded CallJoy, and built Goodcall into a Twilio AI Startup Searchlight winner.
He holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech and a masters from MIT. Bob is a returning SIGNAL speaker, having presented at SIGNAL 2025 and the Twilio Executive Retreat. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
