Rachel is a Principal Product Manager in Twilio R&D, focused on empowering customers to build next-generation conversational AI by seamlessly uniting data and communication channels. Since joining in 2022, she has driven product innovation across the full stack, including time with Segment and Twilio’s incubation team. Before joining the team, she was a Twilio and Segment power user at an early-stage startup and began her career at Goldman Sachs.
Based in San Francisco, Rachel loves spending time outdoors with her wife and 16-month-old son. You can usually find her trying the city’s newest restaurants, playing golf or pickleball, and relaxing with family and friends. Fun fact: Rachel has applied to be on Survivor every single year for the last 10 years—cross your fingers she finally gets the call!
