Steven is a member of the newly formed Twilio Field CTO organization, where he focuses on emerging and net-new products and features across the Twilio Platform. A seasoned technologist with expertise in application development and cloud infrastructure, Steven has amassed 15+ years of diverse experiences including product management, sales leadership, and professional services across AWS, Microsoft, Docker, and Intel. Steven holds a BBA and an MS in Information Systems from Baylor University, and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
