SIGNAL Registration and Housing accepts these methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. Should you need to remit payment via check or wire transfer, please contact the Registration Teamfor additional instructions.
All cancellations must be submitted via email to the SIGNAL 2018 Registration Team by Friday, September 21st, 2018 for a refund less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made after September 21st and no-shows are forfeit.
If you are unable to attend SIGNAL, you may transfer your registration to another person before September 15, 2018 by providing authorization to us at SIGNAL2018@registration.eeginc.com. Substitutions requested after this date are subject to a $100 transaction fee.
Hotel reservations made through SIGNAL Registration and Housing are not transferable. The substituting attendee will need to complete his/her hotel reservation through the registration process and submit a new credit card to secure the reservation.
Unregistered guests are not permitted to attend any SIGNAL activities.

Cancellations must be made by September 21, 2018, or your credit card will be charged an amount equal to one night's room and tax. Contact the the SIGNAL 2018 Registration Team to modify or cancel your reservation. Note all modification requests must be received in writing by September 21 otherwise one night room and tax will be forfeit.

San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the closest major airport, located an easy 25-minute drive from downtown. Alternatively, the Oakland International Airport (OAK) is a 35-minute drive over the Bay Bridge.
Taxis, as well as ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, are readily available at the San Francisco and Oakland airports, with no advance reservations required.
Public transit: BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) links to both airports, and the Civic Center/UN Plaza station is about a 5 minute walk to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium.
