As Head of Product here at Car Finance 247, one of my main focuses is how we use Twilio Flex across the business. I’ve been with Car Finance 247 for just over six years now. My journey started on the frontline, taking calls as a sales agent and speaking directly with customers every day. From there, I worked my way through a few different departments and management roles, each one giving me a better understanding of how the business works and what our customers really need.
