Previously, Martin managed Twilio's directly allocated numbering program and served as Twilio's first Regulatory Solutions Lead. A veteran of tens—if not hundreds—of regulatory consultations and changes, Martin is a frequent speaker at regulatory conferences, and is passionate about compliance and phone numbers. Prior to Twilio, Martin worked in safety and compliance in ridesharing and aviation. Today, he helps ISVs navigate global numbering and compliance so they can scale with confidence.
