Otávio Dalarossa is Director of Product at Twilio, where he leads SMS and RCS messaging. He previously led product for Twilio's OTT messaging portfolio, including scaling WhatsApp from general availability to one of the company's highest-volume channels. Before Twilio, Otávio was Head of Product at a Series A AI SaaS startup, Head of Product at consumer fintech company Avant, and founder and CEO of Nvestly, a fintech startup acquired by Avant. He began his career in private equity investment management. Otávio holds a BS and MS in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Earthquake Engineering from UCLA. Originally from São Paulo, he is based in Silicon Valley.
