Ingrid is an economist, and also studied civil engineering. She has an MBA in Entrepreneurship from FIA USP and specializations in New York and Chicago. She worked 4 years at Santander and almost 10 years at JPMorgan. In 2016, Ingrid transitioned to the startup market and created the digital account for businesses at Banco Neon, and in 2018, she founded Linker, a digital bank exclusively for businesses. In 2021, she sold Linker to Omie, and left the operation 4 months ago. She is currently in the process of founding a new fintech focused on Open Finance. Additionally, she was the director of ABFintechs and a counselor for Open Finance with the Central Bank for 4 years, representing fintechs. Currently, Ingrid is the president of the Brazilian Startups Association (ABStartups), a company advisor, angel investor, and represents Brazil in the G20 for the startup and SME group. She is also the deputy director of the Young Entrepreneurs Committee at FIESP and a member of the Economic, Social, and Sustainable Development Council (CDESS) of the Presidency of the Republic, known as the "Conselhão."
