Uday is a human centered designer specializing in cognitive science. He focuses on making machine intelligence empathetic. Uday launched his career as an entrepreneur straight out of college. In 2013 he founded and successfully ran an Artificial Intelligence research lab that helped early stage companies design the product & take it to market. With a unique experience in design, technology, & entrepreneurship, Uday founded BOND.AI in 2016. Uday was recognized as an International Innovator by the New York economic development corporation & has presented at various international conferences such as Money 202, IBM Tech Talks, Paris Fintech Forum, Finovate, BankAI & more.
Pat Higbie has served as the CEO and Co-Founder of XAPPmedia since 2012. XAPP has helped leading brands and media companies such as Toyota, Progressive Insurance, E. & J. Gallo, National Geographic, Cumulus Media and Scripps launch and manage over 1,000 voice apps on Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Pat has been in the voice industry since 2008. He was previously an executive at MKS and was the Chairman and CEO of Data Focus, which MKS acquired in 1999. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering with High Honors from U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and earned an M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Virginia.
Ian Jacobs serves Application Development & Delivery Professionals. With a focus on the digital transformation of customer service, he is an expert in contact centers. His research keeps a sharp focus on customer experience and agent experience issues. Ian is an award-winning columnist, is regularly quoted in major global publications and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences.
Michael built a call tracking solution in the garage of his Seattle home nearly 20 years ago. Today it has grown into a multi faceted call analytics business leveraging machine learning. In this, the springtime of AI, building product still excites Michael. Michael is proudest of all of the great people he works with. Michael believes that by focusing on employees first makes for the happiest clients. Michael speaks and writes regularly for the automotive industry. On the downside, Michael continues to struggle to lose 5 pounds and strives to spend more time with his wife and daughters.
