Studied Business Administration at University of Latvia. Professional career in IT began by working as a mobile app tester, proceeding to develop more technical skills and knowledge in backend web applications and APIs. Self-taught programming skills allowed to develop furthermore and get involved in API test automation framework development. This helped to improve coding expertise in various programming languages such as Perl, Java and Go. Additionally acquired frontend developer skills by creating a modular frontend for test administration. In depth knowledge and theoretical education in Quality Assurance is based on Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst ISTQB certification. Holds proficiency in preparing project scoped testing strategies and consulting in best practices of quality assurance throughout all stages of development cycle. Vast understanding in mobile app testing and its QA practices. Experienced in creating API performance testing strategies, working with different load test platforms. Additional practice in non-functional QA procedures such as network traffic analysis and database performance tests. Deep insights and expertise in REST API and web services development and test automation. Currently leading development of API test automation solution.
