Thomas Wyatt is the Chief Operating Officer of Twilio, where he is responsible for go-to-market and operations, including sales, services and support, partnerships, customer operations, and carrier relations. Thomas joined Twilio as President of the Segment business and later served as Chief Revenue Officer. Before joining Twilio, Thomas served as Chief Product & Strategy Officer at People.ai and as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at AppDynamics. Before that, Thomas spent over a decade at Cisco as a VP/GM for businesses spanning data and analytics, cloud infrastructure, communications, and video.

Thomas holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University.
