He leads ENTenna, a National AI program that created a new model of care for chronic allergic diseases, housing the most comprehensive database in Allergic Rhinitis in Asia, integrating real time environmental information, WhatsApp-based patient feedback, -omics biomarker data, AI-powered clinical insights and clinical recommendations that improved patient and system outcomes.
A/Prof Ng also serves as Vice President of the Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery Singapore and Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Medical Association and Secretary General of the Medical Associations of ASEAN. He has authored a textbook "ENT Explained".
