Eric Brassard has over 25 years of experience in a variety of industries from fashion to e-commerce. He has held senior management positions in both American and Canadian companies including Saks Fifth Avenue, Microcell, Rogers, Avon and Reader's Digest. Having worked in the field of database marketing for over 20 years, Eric has developed an uncanny ability to project market trends ahead of time combined with a solid track record capturing and monetizing these new opportunities. Among others, he drove tenfold increases in customer base for both Fido and for Avon Direct (Canada) in under 18 months. He also helped found and became CEO of a business intelligence organization (Iceberg Factor) in the early 2000’s. Eric was Vice-President of Marketing for Quebec at Bell Aliant Regional Communications (a $3 billion company). He was responsible for $800M in annual revenue, managing a team of 125 professionals to produce industry-leading overall revenue growth. He subsequently founded a virtual world for tweens, Woozworld, and grew it into one of the top 5 in the world within 24 months reaching 15M unique visitors per month. Eric is now Chief Service Officer for Momentum Travels, the 2nd largest Online Travel Agency in Canada and 4th in the US where he leads the optimization and growth of the service function.
