As Director for Twilio’s Australian and New Zealand Business, Howard leads a team that helps our clients to best engage with their customers. Howard’s high energy and engaging style gets the best of people and situations. His connections and stories are memorable as he leads from the front to engage clients and to solve their most challenging business problems. He draws on his years of expertise to deliver solutions around Collaboration, Data, Business Process Automation, Global Risk, Compliance, AI and Deep Leaning.

Prior to Twilio, Howard was CRO for xAmplify delivery AI, Cyber and Digitisation solutions across Australia. Prior to xAmplify, Howard launched VAST Data Australia in February 2021 leading a team to record growth and customer adoption for their AI Data Platform. Prior to VAST Data, Howard was Country Manager for Veritas A/NZ where he helped large government and enterprise organisations protect their data and address the growing problems of dark data and cyber threats including ransomware. Howard moved to Veritas from Nutanix where as Country Manager for A/NZ, he oversaw Nutanix’s IPO while leading the adoption of Hyperconverged into the market. Before joining Nutanix, Howard had a successful career in numerous roles for Cisco Systems across Asia Pacific, Australia and New York.

Howard holds a Masters in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Economics from Lehigh University. Howard resides in Sydney Australia with wife and two daughters and enjoys club footy, AFL, travel and history.
