Vincent has been part of Atlassian’s product team for more than 12 years. He currently leads Atlassian’s new Customer Service Management product, which combines the power of the Atlassian platform, the rich context of the Teamwork Graph, and AI to transform how organisations deliver customer service.

Previously, Vincent was part of the founding team behind Jira Service Management, Atlassian’s IT service management product, helping grow it from its earliest days into a billion-dollar business.
