Vladka Kazda leads Xero’s global Customer Engagement Centre of Excellence, responsible for full-funnel lifecycle growth across more than 5 million customers, from onboarding and utilisation to cross-sell and retention. Her team spans lifecycle marketing, automation, experimentation and customer journeys.

Previously, Vladka was Xero's Marketing Director for Australia, leading brand, go-to-market and marketing strategy through a period of major change and growth.

She previously served as Chief Customer Officer at carsales.com.au, leading customer engagement and experience, and earlier as Chief Marketing Officer, where she owned and scaled the marketplace’s audience and revenue.
