Malte Vierow serves as the Director of Product at smava. He is combining experiences in finance, investment banking, and product management. At smava, Malte had multiple roles in the Product department from being responsible for bank APIs and the loan request engine to customer communication. At the moment he is leading the customer advisory and communications domain. His work focuses on streamlining business processes and customer experience. One of his key achievements includes revamping customer communication processes and creating an omnichannel communication centre powered by Twilio, which has helped to maximise the impact of their loan advisors.
